Norwegian-Polish songwriter, vocalist and producer creating raw, soulful rock with a dark alternative edge.

Based in Bergen, Teo combines 90s-inspired alternative rock with blues, melodic pop and occasional funk influences. Gritty guitar riffs, live drums and atmospheric arrangements shape a sound that moves between raw intensity and vulnerability.

Teo puts live instrumentation and strong melodies at the centre of his music. On stage, Teo is a charismatic and expressive performer, with a strong sense of presence shaped by his background in acting. His live shows balance intensity and vulnerability, with a clear love for rock music at their core.

In 2022, Teo was awarded Luttprisen – Newcomer of the Year. His music has since received airplay on NRK P1, NRK P3 and P3 Urørt, with “Black Car” featured on P3 Urørt’s Anbefaler list alongside airplay on several international radio stations. His 2025 debut EP, Ashes in the Rearview, marked a shift towards a more guitar-driven sound.
